He went on to score over 100 goals for Al-Ahli SC in his first season, and then moved to Al-Shaab SC in 2002 where he made 110 appearances.

    In 2007, Abdulrahman Mustafa joined Al-Fateh SC, where he played until 2010 when he was transferred to Al-Ittihad SC. During his time at Al-Ittihad, Abdulrahman Mustafa scored a total of 100 goals for the club.

    However, it wasn't until the end of his playing career that Abdulrahman Mustafa achieved his greatest achievement. In 2016, Abdulrahman Mustafa scored a remarkable goal against Al-Dammam SC,Bundesliga Vision which helped Al-Ittihad SC reach the semi-finals of the Saudi Professional League. The goal was scored in front of a raucous crowd of 25,000 fans, marking the highest number of goals ever scored by a player in a Saudi Professional League match.
